Our client, a Chambers ranked, niche litigation legal practice, has a current requirement for a litigation solicitor to join them.

About the Role The role will focus on litigation and the successful applicant can expect a wide and varied litigation case-load covering both criminal litigation (non legal aid) and civil/commercial litigation.

Responsibilities You can expect to be handling a variety of criminal files. Being involved in high profile criminal enquiries & FAIs. Handling some employment related cases, commercial & civil disputes.

Qualifications Applicants will ideally be NQ - 3 Yrs PQE. Must be admitted as a Solicitor in Scotland, or are about to be. If already qualified, must hold a current and unrestricted practising certificate.

Required Skills Criminal litigation experience. Comfortable dealing with clients and appearing in court. Keen to develop their litigation career. Applicants will be given training on the civil side if needed.
