Key Responsibilities of the Crime Solicitor:

Representing clients involved in high-profile protest cases and general crime matters. Engaging in advocacy at Magistrates, Crown, and Appellate Courts. Assisting and managing cases involving human rights and protest-related legal issues. Developing case strategies, conducting legal research, and preparing documentation. Collaborating closely with senior team members for support and guidance. Attending police stations and providing immediate representation and advice.Requirements of the Crime Solicitor:

Qualified solicitor with 0-3 years’ PQE. Previous experience in criminal defence, with protest experience being advantageous. Police station accreditation or duty solicitor status preferred.
