Credit Controller – Telford (Temporary ongoing, 9am – 5:30pm, Salary up to £27,000) Responsibilities
Liaising with customers via telephone and email to resolve overdue accounts Work with an assigned account base to maximise collection of monies owed Maintain accurate records of the collection process Work with customers to identify reasons for late payments and work with them to resolve Minimise bad debts within assigned account base Work closely with the sales department to resolve issues raised
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport Competent in MS Office, especially Excel and Word Good negotiation skills
