We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Credit Controller to join an established organisation based in the Medway Towns, Kent. This is a full-time, office-based role where you will play a key part in managing cash flow and maintaining strong financial processes.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and control cash collection activitiesMonitor debtor accounts and follow up on outstanding balancesConduct credit checks and assess customer riskNegotiate and agree payment plans where requiredMaintain accurate financial records and account informationLiaise closely with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operationsSkills & ExperienceProven experience in credit control, credit management, or debt collectionExperience managing debtor accountsStrong understanding of finance-related processesExcellent communication and negotiation skillsStrong organisational and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within a teamThis is a sole credit control position however, you will be part of a wider operation team and work closely within that department.
