A well-established and fast-growing business based near Bishop Sutton is looking for a proactive and detail-driven Credit Administrator to join its busy finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.What you'll be doing Managing customer accounts, ensuring payments are received on time Monitoring credit limits and assessing credit risk Investigating and resolving account queries efficiently Allocating payments and maintaining accurate financial records Working closely with the sales and finance teams to support smooth account management Providing excellent customer service by phone and email
What you'll need to succeed Previous experience in credit control, accounts administration, or a similar finance role Strong communication skills and a confident, professional manner High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team Good IT skills, including experience with accounting or CRM systems
