Registered Manager Adult Residential Care Location: Llandudno Salary: £33,280 per annum Hours: 40 hours per week Are you an experienced leader in adult social care? We re looking for a Registered Manager to lead a residential service that supports adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, or dual diagnoses. This is an exciting opportunity to manage and develop a dedicated care team, ensure outstanding care delivery, and drive positive outcomes for the people we support. Key Responsibilities: Lead the day-to-day running of the service with a strong focus on person-centred care Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organisational standards (e.g. CQC) Recruit, manage, and develop staff through coaching, supervisions, and appraisals Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and support strategies Promote independence, wellbeing, and community inclusion for all residents Participate in an on-call rota providing leadership support About You: QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it) Minimum 2 years experience in a management role within adult social care Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities or mental health needs Proven ability to manage teams and improve care quality Strong organisational, communication, and IT skills Committed to safeguarding, equality, and delivering high standards of care Why Join?
