Cover Supervisor - The Role:
· Supervising a class during the short-term absence of the class teacher
· Delivering pre-prepared lessons, ensuring pupils stay on task
· Supporting students across a variety of subjects and year groups (KS3 and KS4)
· Managing classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
· Supporting students to engage in their learning
· Providing feedback to teaching staff after lessons
Cover Supervisor – Job Requirements:
· Experience working with secondary-aged students is essential – ideally within a school setting
· Ideally degree-educated or working towards a degree (or equivalent)
· Experience working with children or young people (schools, clubs, tutoring, childcare etc.)
· A specialism in a subject (e.g. English, Maths, Science, PE) is welcomed but not required ...
