Please note: Driving is essential for this role. Many of our partner schools are in rural locations, so you must be happy to travel up to 45 minutes for suitable work. ________________________________________ ‍ Your Role: * Delivering pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the class teacher * Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment * Keeping students engaged, motivated, and focused * Supporting school staff and ensuring smooth lesson continuity ________________________________________ Who We're Looking For: * Experienced Cover Supervisors or those keen to train * Graduates or individuals considering a career in teaching * People with experience working with young people (youth work, coaching, volunteering, parenting, etc.) * Confident, friendly communicators with a professional attitude * Reliable, enthusiastic, and adaptable individuals * Drivers with access to a vehicle ✨ No school experience?
