What You’ll Be Doing

• Taking charge of the classroom and keeping lessons on track • Delivering pre-planned activities and ensuring students stay engaged • Encouraging positive behaviour and a focused, friendly atmosphere • Moving between subjects and year groups with ease • Supporting students with questions and keeping the vibe bright and productive • Sharing simple end-of-day feedback with teachers • Following safeguarding procedures and maintaining a safe learning environment
