About the role: Teach Now is looking for a dedicated Cover Supervisor to lead and manage classrooms across Key Stages 1 to 5. Whether you're an experienced cover supervisor or a teaching assistant ready to step up, this full-time, temporary role offers a fantastic opportunity to build experience and confidence in classroom leadership.
Key responsibilities: • Lead and manage classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher • Ensure students remain engaged and on-task with pre-set lesson plans • Support learners across Key Stages 1 to 5, including SEND and primary pupils • Maintain classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment
