Key Responsibilities:
Supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of teachers Deliver pre-set lesson plans and ensure students remain on task Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and engagement Support the wider school community when requiredThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:
A degree or relevant experience working with young people Strong communication and classroom management skills Confidence leading a classroom independently A proactive and adaptable approach A genuine interest in education and student developmentWhat Tradewind Offers:
