The Role Cover Supervisor Seeking a confident and adaptable Cover Supervisor to support pupils aged 1116 across Key Stages 3 and 4. You will supervise whole classes during teacher absences, deliver pre-planned lessons, manage behaviour in line with school policies and ensure pupils remain engaged with their learning. The role involves maintaining a structured and positive classroom environment, supporting pupils progress and working collaboratively with teaching and pastoral staff.
