As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

Supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff * Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and resources * Maintain a focused, safe, and positive classroom environment * Manage behaviour in line with school policies * Support students to stay on task and engaged * Liaise with teaching staff and report on lesson outcomesWhat We're Looking For:

Previous experience working with young people (desirable) * Strong classroom presence and behaviour management skills * Clear communication and confidence leading a classroom * A calm, flexible, and professional approach * A genuine interest in education and student developmentTo be eligible you must:
