Key Responsibilities

Supervise whole classes during teacher absence

Deliver pre-planned lessons and ensure learning continues

Maintain positive behaviour management and classroom order
*
Support students to stay on task and engaged
*
Follow school policies on safeguarding and behaviour
*
Report back to teaching staff on lesson outcomes
