Cover Supervisors

to work on a supply basis across

secondary schools in Southwark . This role is ideal for individuals looking for flexible work within education while gaining valuable classroom experience.

The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will: Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher

Deliver pre-set lesson plans and ensure students remain on task

Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies

Provide a safe, orderly, and productive learning environment

Candidate Profile

Experience working with secondary-aged students is desirable

Knowledge of behaviour management strategies is preferred

Drama graduates are strongly encouraged to apply , as well as candidates from performance or youth engagement backgrounds

Confident communication and classroom presence

Professional, adaptable, and dependable

Requirements

An

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service , or willingness to obtain one

Right to work in the UK
