About This Role\n\nJob Title: Cover Supervisor.\n\nLocation: Leeds\n\nSalary: £14.58- £16.15 per hour dependent on experience\n\nLeader Education is seeking confident and adaptable Cover Supervisors to support schools across the Leeds area. This is a vital role that ensures continuity in students’ learning when their regular teacher is absent.\n\nYour Role\n\nAs a Cover Supervisor, you’ll:\n\nWork across multiple classrooms and subjects\nManage student behaviour and maintain a productive learning environment\nEnsure students complete the work set to a high standard\nAdapt quickly to different classroom settings and routines\nYou don’t need to be a subject expert—what matters most is your ability to lead a class with confidence and authority.\n\nWho We’re Looking For\n\nExperience is desirable but not essential.
