About the Role: As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning in the absence of a classroom teacher. You will be expected to:

Deliver set lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4

Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies

Engage students and maintain a positive learning environment

Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour
