Are you a Drama graduate looking to gain classroom experience before pursuing a career in teaching?

We are seeking enthusiastic and confident Drama graduates to work as Cover Supervisors in secondary schools across Newham. This is a fantastic opportunity for aspiring teachers or those passionate about education to develop their skills in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

The Role:

Deliver pre-planned lessons and maintain classroom engagement

Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies

Support students in their learning and ensure a positive classroom atmosphere

Gain valuable experience in a variety of school settings

What We're Looking For:

A degree in Drama, Performing Arts, or a related subject

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Confidence in leading a classroom

A passion for education and working with young people

Previous experience in a school or working with children is beneficial but not essential
