* Cover Supervisors
* Teaching Assistants (TA)
* Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA)
* SEN Teaching Assistants
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting teaching and learning across a range of subjects and age groups
* Assisting pupils with varying learning needs, including SEN
* Managing classroom behaviour effectively
* Delivering pre-set lessons in the absence of the teacher (for Cover Supervisors)
* Working collaboratively with teaching staff to create a positive learning environment
Requirements:
* Previous experience working with children or young people (school-based experience desirable)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Flexibility, reliability, and a proactive attitude
* A genuine interest in education
