Cover Supervisor Secondary Schools (Daily Supply) Location: Bromley Type: Supply / Flexible At Engage Education, we are supporting a range of secondary schools who are seeking flexible, reliable Cover Supervisors to support with planned and unplanned staff absences. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with young people and are looking for hands-on experience in schools. We welcome applications from candidates looking for part-time or full-time supply work, as you can set your own availability each week. As a Cover Supervisor, you will: Support classroom routines and oversee pupil behaviour Assist pupils with questions during the lesson Follow the school s behaviour and safeguarding policies You do not need prior cover supervisor experience, but some form of experience working with young people (such as youth work, coaching, mentoring, tutoring, support work or similar). Behaviour can vary between schools, so being confident, adaptable and personable is key What Makes a Great Cover Supervisor?
