Cover Supervisor - Secondary School (Flintshire)

We are currently recruiting a Cover Supervisor to work in secondary schools across Flint and the surrounding Flintshire area. This role is suitable for candidates seeking flexible day-to-day supply or longer-term cover.

Pay: £90 - £110 per day (depending on experience and role requirements)

The role includes:

Supervising classes during teacher absence

Delivering pre-set lesson work

Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies

Supporting pupils to remain on task

Liaising with teaching staff as required

We are looking for someone who:

Has experience working with children or young people

Is confident managing a classroom environment

Has strong communication skills

Is reliable, adaptable, and professional

Holds (or is willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS on the update service
