Coats Recruitment is working in partnership with a growing logistics business that is opening a brand new distribution site in Redditch in January 2026 . This is a rare opportunity to join the operation from day one and become part of the initial warehouse team .
All positions are offered on a temp-to-perm basis , providing long-term stability and the opportunity to secure a permanent role within a new, expanding site.
We are recruiting experienced Counterbalance and Bendi (Pivot Steer) FLT Drivers across all shift patterns. Candidates must hold valid licences for both Counterbalance and Bendi trucks.
Available Shifts and Pay Rates:
Days: 6:00am 2:00pm
£13.52 per hour
Afternoons: 2:00pm 10:00pm
£14.04 per hour
Nights: 10:00pm 6:00am
£15.13 per hour

Valid Counterbalance and Bendi (Pivot Steer) FLT licences
