A global manufacturing business specialising in precision components is seeking a Cost Accountant to join their finance team in Leicester. This is a key role working closely with operations, production and procurement teams to drive cost visibility, improve margin performance and support informed decision-making. This is a fully on-site position due to the hands-on nature of the work and close interaction with stakeholders across the factory.

The Role As Cost Accountant, you will be responsible for analysing manufacturing costs, evaluating production variances, supporting budgeting, and improving cost control processes. You will act as a critical business partner to operational leaders, providing insight and challenge to help optimise performance.
