This is an exciting opportunity for an aspirational Corporate/Commercial Legal Director or Partner to join this growing team in London. The role will involve covering a range of a range of Corporate matters including re-organisations, acquisitions and disposals as well as advising on non-transactional Commercial matters such as commercial agreements and terms for clients in a range of sectors (these agreements are likely to include shareholders’ agreements and joint venture agreements, etc). You will also head up the team in this firm’s London office.
