A leading international law firm is seeking a Corporate Tax Associate to join its London office. The role spans junior (NQ) and offers the chance to work on high-value, cross-border transactions and advisory mandates within a globally recognized tax practice.

The tax team is ranked among the top in multiple global directories and provides sophisticated, commercially focused advice across domestic and international matters. Clients include multinational corporations, investment funds, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, and startups. Areas of expertise cover M&A, corporate finance, capital markets, investment funds, real estate, structured finance, and tax controversy.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver strategic tax advice on corporate and indirect tax matters.
  • Support tax-efficient structuring for M&A, capital markets, and investment fund transactions.
  • Advise on transfer pricing, reorganisations, and tax planning.
  • Collaborate on private equity, real estate, and structured finance deals.
  • Draft and negotiate tax-related documentation and coordinate with international counsel.
  • Engage with a diverse client base and provide commercially tailored solutions.


Qualifications:

  • Qualified solicitor in England & Wales.
  • Experience in a top-tier tax practice, ideally with cross-border exposure.
  • Strong academic background and ability to communicate complex tax issues clearly.
  • Commercial mindset and collaborative approach.
