VIEW FULL JOB DESCRIPTION: Corporate Solicitor | 1–2 PQE |Salary £50 - £60k DOE | Fully Remote working with 1-2 days in the office per month| Kent

I am currently recruiting an excellent opportunity for a law firm with a difference, in a very positive way! The Role

You will work alongside an experienced Associate and Partner on M & A deals and be exposed to excellent corporate work. The work is varied and interesting, advising a range of clients from large multinationals to owner-managed businesses and professional investors. The work predominantly focuses on assisting with corporate transactions, including business sales, acquisitions, and restructures, however, will also include some of the following matters:

• Drafting and advising on shareholder agreements and articles of association
• Conducting due diligence and preparing disclosure letters
• Supporting investment agreements, equity financing, and employee share schemes
• Ensuring post-completion matters are managed efficiently
• Collaborating with the team on workflow improvements and client relationship development.

• 1–2 PQE Corporate Solicitor with a good exposure in corporate law, especially M & A deals.
• Proactive, ambitious, and eager to develop your career in a progressive environment
