The ideal candidate will have exceptional academics (minimum 2.1 from a leading university) and a strong possibility of leading to a training contract. The role involves assisting Partners and Senior Associates on various corporate transactional work, predominantly M&A, for UK and international clients.This is an exceptional opportunity in a dynamic law firm to gain quality experience. The successful candidate will have some corporate / commercial paralegal experience, confident communication skills, and excellent academics. Completion of the LPC or upcoming completion is required.
