We are seeking a UK-based Corporate Nominee Director to support the setup of a UK bank account and ensure ongoing corporate compliance. This is a part-time, non-operational role with minimal involvement, ideal for someone looking for a low-commitment professional appointment.
Key Responsibilities:
Remotely assist with signing documentation related to the bank account opening process.
Maintain nominal involvement in corporate compliance as required.
Time Commitment:
Initial setup may require 1–2 hours in the first month. Ongoing responsibilities are light and infrequent—often just a few minutes per month, and occasionally no action needed.
Compensation:
£125 per month (£1,500 annually) for nominee director services.
What We Offer:
Straightforward responsibilities with minimal time investment. Long‑term passive appointment once setup is complete.
Must be a permanent resident of the United Kingdom. Comfortable with basic administrative tasks and remote communication.

Your new role
Advise clients on corporate tax matters, both compliance and planning.
Work with a diverse client base: owner‑managed businesses, mid‑market firms, and multinationals.
Play an active role in business development – proposals, networking, and spotting opportunities.
Lead and mentor a growing team, sharing your knowledge and helping others develop.
What you'll need to succeed
ACA or ACCA qualified (CTA would be a bonus).
Strong corporate tax experience across compliance and advisory.
A collaborative approach and the ability to manage and develop people.
An interest in business development and building client relationships.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary dependent on experience up to £100,000 + £5k car allowance, a bonus, 27 days annual leave with the option to buy more. Flexible working options available with 2 days a week working from home.
