Corporate Credit Analyst - Associate/Senior Associate
- Analyse corporate credit profiles and assess risk levels in the context of financial services.
- Prepare detailed credit reports and recommendations for internal stakeholders.
- Monitor existing credit exposures and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Collaborate with banking and financial services teams to evaluate investment opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date credit data within the relevant systems.
- Assist in developing and refining credit assessment frameworks and methodologies.
- Provide input on market trends and their potential impact on credit risk.
- Support senior management in strategic decision-making related to credit risk.
Profile
A successful Corporate Credit Analyst - Associate/Senior Associate should have:
- Solid experience in corporate credit analysis within the financial services sector.
- Proficiency in credit risk assessment tools and techniques.
- A strong understanding of banking and financial services regulations and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication abilities to present findings clearly to stakeholders.
- A degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
- Trade Finance Credit experience/product knowledge will be hugely beneficial (e.g. Letter of Credit/Receivables Financing)
