Cook / CDP – In a truly stunning Retirement Village and Care Home Painswick, GL6 6UL Permanent 40 hours per week, Shifts are either 07.00-15.00, 10.00-20.00 and/or 12.00-20.00, and inc alternative weekends £29,952.00 (Equiv to £14.40/hr) PLUS A WELCOME BONUS OF £1,000 Rated 9.5 / 10 by CareHome JOB DESCRIPTION Working in an Elderly and Retirement Village and Care Home, you will work in a stunning place of work. OVERVIEW ·Working in an elderly nursing, you will be responsible for helping to deliver a high quality catering service, helping prepare a fantastic menu for the residents which are varied and interesting to meet individual tastes and dietary requirements. ·The role will also involve Washing Dishes and food preparation. ·Excellent people skills are required to maintain positive relationships with residents and members of staff. ·You will be working for a charitable organisation in a new purpose built retirement care home. ·You will have at least 2 years experience of working in a professional Catering position. ·You will have a recognised qualification in catering ideally.
