* The role is only available to a qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer.
* Proven experience as a Conveyancer or in a similar role within the legal sector.
* Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful outcomes.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously under tight deadlines.
