*Summary*

We are seeking a skilled Conveyancer to lead our conveyancing team. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to our mission of delivering outstanding legal support and advice to our clients.

*Responsibilities*

* Manage a caseload of conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion. * Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process. * Conduct property searches and due diligence to ensure compliance with legal requirements. * Negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of clients effectively. * Prepare and review legal documents related to property transactions. * Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other professionals involved in the transaction. * Stay updated on relevant legislation and best practices in conveyancing. * Ensure timely completion of transactions while maintaining high standards of client service. * Recruit and train staff to pass on key knowledge and train future conveyancers. * Network and grow our panel of estate agents, auction houses and other referral sources.

* *Qualifications* * The role is only available to a qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer. * Proven experience as a Conveyancer or in a similar role within the legal sector. * Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful outcomes. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. * Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously under tight deadlines. * Knowledge of property law and conveyancing processes is essential.
