Job Description About the Role: \n We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience (PQE) to join our established and thriving property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to take the next step in their career with a progressive firm that values client service and professional development. \n Key Responsibilities: \n As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, your duties will include: \n* Managing a full and varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction to post-completion with minimal supervision.
\n* Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, leasehold and freehold transactions. \n* Liaising effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors throughout the transaction process. \n* Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements including AML, SRA standards and GDPR.
\n* Drafting and reviewing legal documents including contracts, transfer deeds, and reports on title. \n* Providing practical, clear and commercially sound legal advice to clients. \n* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records using the firm’s case management system.
