About the Role

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire conveyancing process from instruction to completion
• Handle your own caseload with minimal supervision
• Assist with post-completion registrations when needed
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal procedures

Qualifications

• Experience in Residential Property - as a fee earner

Required Skills

• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Client-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Case Management Systems
• Ability to work as part of a team and individually when needed

Preferred Skills

• Any level post-qualification experience, or qualified by experience
