We are now looking for a Solicitor with strong residential conveyancing expertise to join our Property Legal Team and support our lending processes. This role focuses on property, title and conveyancing expertise, so you'll advise on complex title matters, address escalations, ensure strong legal security for the lender, and support our lending teams with property-related legal risks. This role is ideal for a solicitor who enjoys technical conveyancing work, problem-solving, and supporting operational teams with clear legal guidance. Key Responsibilities Property & Conveyancing Provide legal advice on complex residential property matters. Review and interpret non-standard or high-risk titles (restrictive covenants, easements, leasehold issues, unregistered land, trusts, shared ownership, overage etc.). Resolve title defects impacting lender security or customer outcomes. Support Land Registry requirements, discharges and post-completion matters.
