Working alongside two Assistant Divisional Legal Managers, you’ll oversee a team of 14 professionals driving excellence, efficiency, and a customer-focused approach across all operations. What You’ll Bring:

Qualification as a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer, sœur strong expertise in Property Law and residential conveyancing. Proven experience managing and developing large teams in busy, fast-moving environments. Strong leadership and people management skills, with a focus on mentoring, training, and empowering others to excel.
