This involves the design, maintenance, and continuous improvement of automated systems that manage the flow of passenger baggage from check-in to aircraft loading and from aircraft unloading to baggage reclaim. \n What you'll be doing \n \n Undertake and support technician teams in performance improvement activities across all systems to deliver better availability \n Produce effective communication and reports to stakeholders, such as Gal teams & third-party contractors. \n Lead and give advice to others on root cause investigations associated with Baggage systems and IT related elements. \n Prep...
