Salary: £80k-£85k+ Car Allowance and Package
Client:
My client is a well established regional main contractor delivering a variety of Healthcare, Educational and Residential projects valued up to roughly £15m, operating across the South. The role covers East Sussex/SE London and Kent.
The role is to assist with the development of their rapidly growing construction team.
Roles may include but not limited to:
Lead and manage all phases of projects from inception including design to completion
Maintaining effective and long-term relationships with clients
Manage staff including Site Managers, Design Managers, Arhcitects and other stakeholders
Manage the programs for various sites under your individual remit
Identifying potential risks associated with contracts and developing mitigation strategies to minimize negative impacts
Visit site teams and clients to ensure good communication among the various stakeholdersWhat to do next?:
