You will be initially working closely with the pre-construction team to take management of the project through from tender and award stage, liaising with site delivery teams throughout the project to oversee the project to completion.The successful candidate will have an active and hands on role in the management of the planning, design and contract administration on the project on an ongoing basis.You will be need to be an excellent communicator, with a track record for successfully delivering projects on time, to a high quality and promoting excellent standards of Health and Safety.Desirable Experience: Previously held a Contracts Manager role managing multiple projects over c£5m in single value. Experience working in the Cambridge market would be desirable. Exceptional client facing and management skills, experience in leading teams of c15 staff.Experience working on 2-stage projects would be advantageous.
