Project/Contract Manager Eglinton, Derry Salary - Depending on Experience Overview We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple construction projects, ensuring delivery to programme, budget, and quality standards while maintaining strong commercial performance. Key Responsibilities Manage projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover Lead programme planning, resource allocation, and site coordination Monitor costs, forecasts, and commercial performance (CVR reporting) Ensure contractual obligations and notices are administered correctly Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors Lead site meetings and drive progress against programme targets Oversee procurement and subcontractor engagement Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality standards Requirements Proven experience managing multiple construction projects Strong commercial awareness and cost control capability Excellent knowledge of contracts, programme management, and risk mitigation Effective leadership and stakeholder management skills Strong communication and reporting ability Relevant site certifications (e.g. SMSTS, CSCS) preferred Skills: Construction Contracts Site
