Roofing & Cladding will involve: Contract Manager position dealing with various roofing and cladding refurbishment services; felts, liquid systems, flat roofing systems, single ply, industrial cladding systems etc within the industrial, commercial and public sector markets Overseeing and leading a team of 6 direct reports Conducting site visits to ensure that projects are being completed to the highest standard Conducting weekly contracts meeting to track project status Regular liaison with other Service Centre Managers and Directors to ensure best procedures are implemented across the business. The ideal applicant will be a Contracts Manager
