Contracts Manager – Marine Civil Engineering
* London (UK-wide travel required)
* £80,000 – £100,000 + full travel & accommodation whilst away paid
THG Recruitment are working with a well-established marine civil engineering contractor delivering complex projects across the UK. Due to continued growth and a strong forward order book, they are looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple marine and heavy civils schemes.
As Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of up to 4 live projects at any one time, with individual project values ranging from £3m to £20m.
You will take full operational ownership of your projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on programme, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
*
Managing multiple marine civil engineering projects concurrently
*
Full responsibility for programme, cost control, quality, and HSEQ
*
Leading and supporting Project Managers and site teams
*
Client liaison and stakeholder management
*
Contract administration, variations, and risk management
*
Regular UK travel (all travel & accommodation paid whuilst staying away)
Requirements
*
Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within marine projects
*
Strong knowledge of marine works (ports, harbours, coastal, piling, quays, etc.)
*
Experience managing projects valued between £3m – £20m
*
Excellent commercial and contractual awareness
*
Willingness to travel nationwide as required
