Job Description We’re hiring: Contracts Manager – Civils
Regional Role | Senior Leadership Position

We’re looking for an experienced and commercially driven Contracts Manager to lead the successful delivery of multiple civil engineering and infrastructure projects across the Midlands. This is a senior role offering real influence over project performance, profitability, and team development in a region on course to double turnover in the next 2 years.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead all contractual and commercial aspects of projects
Manage pre-construction activities and contract administration
Oversee subcontractor & supplier procurement
Control, forecast, and report project costs (monthly reporting)
Manage change control internally and with clients
Support project planning for on-time, on-budget delivery
Attend and lead client progress & coordination meetings
Support and develop Project Managers & Site Agents
Drive continuous improvement and best practice
