About the role of Contract Manager:
Exciting Contract Manager opportunity across Essex for a Main Principal Contractor
Overseeing a new build school project
Managing a team of multiple Project and Senior Site Managers to complete projects on time, in budget and to a high quality.
This Contract Manager would be overseeing the project from pre-construction to delivery
Ideally the candidate would have experience working with a Contractor and alongside a client.
Responsibilities for Contract Managers
Manage a team of around to 4 Senior Managers.
Helping to implement new procedures
Overseeing the sight from groundworks- completion
Liaising with clients
Requirements for Contract Manager:
Worked on multiple educational schemes.
Taken projects from planning to handover.
Good Man Management skills.
