Role Overview: Operating across the Southeast, we are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong background in Drylining / Construction Sector to join our Chartway Drylining team. You'll be covering projects across the South East England, but typically within the Sussex and Surrey area where you would be based. Ideally you'll have access/contacts to labour in the area.

This is predominately an external role, where you will be visiting each project to ensure they are running smoothly and to programme, but there will be a requirement to visit our Head Office in Kings Hill, Kent.

Key Requirements: SMSTS or SSSTS certification (preferred) A background in the construction sector Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities IT Proficiency (Word, Excel, SnagR) CSCS Card (Manager level preferred)
