Contract Manager

We're looking for a Contract Manager to join our Sheffield - Westfield School.
Location: Sheffield - Westfield School - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required.
Hours: 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 08:30 am to 17:30 pm.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Contract Manager, you'll be working within the Oldham Schools team, supporting them in delivering high-quality facilities management services across PFI educational sites.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Managing the financial performance of contracts and maximising margin.
- Leading a team of mobile/static workforce and subcontractors.
- Developing client relationships to ensure contract retention and future opportunities.
- Ensuring delivery of services in line with contract KPIs and SLAs.
- Attending monthly financial and performance review meetings.
What are we looking for?
This role of Contract Manager is ideal if:
- You have substantial practical experience, ideally within a PFI setting.
- You hold relevant industry qualifications and a Managing IOSH Certificate.
- You have strong communication skills and a good level of computer literacy.
