About the Role


They are now looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects. This is an office-based role with regular site visits, so candidates must live within a one-hour commute of South Woodford.



Responsibilities


  • Managing multiple public sector projects simultaneously
  • Overseeing contracts from pre-construction through to completion
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery


Qualifications


  • Trades background (essential)
  • Experience working for a main contractor (essential)
  • Proven track record in a Contracts Manager or similar role
  • Experience delivering public sector projects


Required Skills


  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Driven, organised, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
