We help our customers and the communities they serve benefit from resilient infrastructure, affordable homes, and improved living spaces that are fit for the future. Main Duties The Contract Manager would be responsible for 4 or 5 jobs at any one time. They would be responsible for Build Programmes and developing these, H&S on site, managing the site team and have them reporting into him, Dealing with clients, Cashflow / commercial awareness etc. Ideally Contracts Managers would have a background in planned maintenance and have experience in SHDF Salary £80k/90k plus package + Car Allowance, Pension, BUPA etc
