Preston (Covering M6 Corridor South Birmingham to Kendal) ?? £50,000 £60,000 + PackageWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a growing and well-established business delivering high-quality internal fit-out projects across the M6 corridor.This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual who can oversee multiple installations and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.The RoleAs Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing several projects simultaneously, overseeing all internal fit-out packages from pre-start through to completion.Projects are located along the M6 corridor, ranging from South Birmingham up to the Kendal area, so flexibility to travel is essential.Key Responsibilities Managing multiple fit-out installations across various sites Overseeing project delivery, ensuring quality and programme targets are met Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers Ensuring health & safety compliance across all projects Maintaining strong client relationships and reporting on progress Requirements Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within internal fit-out or similar sectors Strong track record managing multiple projects simultaneously Relevant qualifications (e.g. SMSTS and other industry certifications) Excellent organisational and leadership skills Full UK driving licence Package Salary: £50,000 £60,000 (DOE) Company van + fuel card Laptop and mobile phone Opportunity to join a growing business with a strong pipeline of work Please apply and we will be in touch.JBRP1_UKTJ
