Responsibilities:
Liaising closely with the whole operational team to ensure a high standard of contract set up, smooth delivery and handover in terms of the remote/office management of the works. Ensuring all Budget and programme information is kept current and aligned with those set out in the Commercial Handover of the Project. Ensuring all on site practices are being adhered to and insist on a 'right first time' culture. Ensure progress and variation information is being captured for accurate reporting. Ensuring that assigned Projects are correctly mobilised and planned in terms of a budget and a clear scope communicated to Supervisors and Operatives. Ensuring all quality standards are being adhered to with QA checks and works sign off on sie.
